EPoS Software and Hardware FAQ
Do you provide the Hardware for EPoS Systems?
Yes we can provide the Touch screen Hardware, Printers, Till Drawers and other Hardware Items for you if you wish. We have partnerships with EPoS Hardware Manufacturers and can offer a much lower rate than you would be able to find elsewhere with full warranty. However, if you wish to use your existing Hardware, or source the products yourself, that is no problem, as long as the specification will work with our software.
Do you provide Installation and Training?
Yes we perform all installation and training. We will install hardware that you supply yourself as long as it meets our minimum specifications.
How does the EPoS Set Up Work?
We network all the Till Systems in your building through a central Server PC which is protected from electrical failure with a Power Supply Protector. On the Server sits a database that controls all the commands for the EPoS Software and saves and backs up all of the sales data. We can configure all of the printers through the database to receive commands from any of the tills - for example each till will be able to print out to a Bar or Kitchen area.If you run a small Shop then we can have the database residing on a Till System.
How does Handheld WiPoS Software Integrate with the EPoS Till System?
We simply add the Handheld device onto the network and it acts as another Till on the network, sending and receiving data thorough Wireless signals rather than through a network cable. WiPoS Software was originally designed for Restaurants, however it is finding more and more use in other Retails areas.
How do you provide Support and Maintenance?
We prefer our clients to have an internet connection on site, this way should you have any trouble with the software we can "Remote" in and look at the database or Till Systems to diagnose a problem. We can also offer telephone support to you. If you require us to be physically present we can organise that in certain situations.
How safe is my data?
Totally secure, you can use our backup application to run in the background backing up your data constantly to up to 4 locations, including RAID set ups and other machines in the building, as well as off site via FTP.
I have an E-Commerce Site, can I Integrate my EPoS Stock Control System with my Online Stock Control?
Yes, absolutely - we are experts in integrating any technology please contact us for costs.
Can I view Reports and Sales from another locations, for example home?
Yes you can track sales as they happen for any amounts of your own business's from anywhere with a secure login.
How much will it cost?

How do I pay for a system?
You can pay for the Hardware and Software all in one go, or you can choose monthly payments for the Software licences. We also provide financing at a very low rate for both software and hardware. Please contact us with any queries about payment.
